Henrik is MD and founder of Advizion, providing trusted advise to boards and c-levels within international companies on decision support and business development. Several international companies rate Henrik as unique for his way of bringing the right solutions based on his strategic understanding and practical knowledge level.
Henrik holds a diploma in Agricultural Financial Administration and in Business Administration. He is certified Motivation FactorTM coach and Certified Master of Executive Negotiation, with special focus on complex negotiations and insight in emotional intelligence.
Henrik has more than 10 years of consultancy experience from Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, within the areas of outsourcing, finance, payroll and human resources. Before that, more than 10 years experience within agricultural production.
Henrik lives in Copenhagen, with his wife Natascha and their three sons. He believes very much in the need of doing something active to change the life for exposed children.
