Since 2005, we have funded three new homes for street kids and orphans in the children’s village.
When we visited in 2005, we were shocked to see the boys living in corrugated iron huts. Imagine the heat in mid summer and how difficult to sleep. Now the kids have concrete block homes that are permanent. They live in shared rooms in large family style accommodation with a house Mama living with the younger children, and the older students caring for younger ones.
