In the leadup to the 10k Run, Ambassador Rachel Furner has made a short video diary to let us know how she's getting on in her training!

Rachel will also be singing at Angels In Concert in the evening of the 10th July at Freedom Bar, Soho, along with Ambassadors John Adeleye, Larissa Eddie and Raphaella.
