Global Angels is looking for a Multi-Media Coordinator
GENERAL OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
This is an opportunity to work with an amazing charity with people who have a passion to make a difference in the world. On a day to day basis, you will have the opportunity to work with the CEO and Founder of this international Foundation.
You will be involved in the creating new material in a wide range of communications (blogs, newsletters, website updates, social media) and editing new and existing video content, working alongside a small marketing and writing team.
This is a demanding role and would suit an individual who is self-motivated, has excellent organisation skills and extremely high attention to detail coupled with a flare for creativity. The individual will need to be flexible and prepared to work on a variety of tasks, particularly during busy periods.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for day to day design and editing support of Global Angels digital assets, including the website, widgets, e-newsletters, e-vites, e-commerce;
Editing video and image data and managing the resourcing of video data;
Manage the collection, editing and storage of photo, video and other media;
Monitor and report on website statistics;
Support all internal marketing activities that require design and content editing, including, but not limited to social media sites, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, videos and presentations;
Liaise with charity partners to source content;
Attend the Induction Training and other training days as may be requested from time to time;
Ensure all materials, documents, and representations from Global Angels comply with the Global Angels Style Guide (which covers Brand Identity);
Control the marketing standards and use of the logo and imagery;
Liaise with external suppliers where relevant to carry out the tasks in the Marketing Plan or communications calendar;
Attend review meetings as requested and provide regular impact reports;
Represent Global Angels in a positive and professional manner in all activity and communications.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience with photo and video editing software
Experience with WordPress

EDUCATION
Educated to degree level preferred
Experience working in a fast paced office environment
COMPUTER SKILLS
Capable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Capability with simple HTML updates (essential)
Competent in photo and video editing software (essential)
Experienced with website reporting and Analytics (desirable)
Familiarity with available still and video assets, be able to contribute to the production or re-editing of videos and/or photographs
Proficient with Apple Macs
WORKING HOURS
This role is part time and working days are negotiable. Need can vary during busy periods, Office hours are from 10am to 6pm at the Global Angels in Golden Cross House, 8 Duncannon Street, London W2CN 4JF. You may be required to work from other locations from time to time.
