My passion for kids has been developed by 25 years of active management, leadership training, mentoring and motivational speaking within the international charity sector.

This has brought me alongside thousands of inspirational and dedicated charity workers on all continents and some of the world's most vulnerable children.

I have also been pracitising as a professional counsellor and life coach, working within the charity sector, business and entertainment industry over the last 25 years.

Prior to that, I was head teacher of two inner city schools in London, working on a pilot programme, reproducible in any culture. We worked closely with children, parents and teachers, experimenting with new models of education, focusing on what each child was good at and helping to build their confidence.

I have been married to my husband John, for 29 years, and am the mother of Daniel, Natasha, Nikola and Joshua.

Having an affinity for the blank page, Jayme has excelled in generating new and fresh ideas to implement in every project that he is a part of. A graduate from the prestigious business program at the University of Windsor, Jayme has honed his creative skills to help design and bring to life the overall goal and vision of each client. Utilising his technical knowledge in every event he creates, LaForest employs multimedia as a focal point for his designs rather than a support system. “When media environments come alive, you can change the room subtly or dramatically. You can animate stagnant objects, in essence you are putting the audience into a movie - a virtual place free from the restrictions of reality.” It is clear that Jayme’s talent and creativity have helped to cultivate GO West’s reputation as “The Architects of Your Imagination.”
